Billie Holiday Arts Project – Mural by Bridget Cimino “Lady Day Rises Over Baltimore” (1813 E Pratt St)

Baltimore muralist, Bridget Cimino, completed the first Billie Holiday mural in July 2013. The mural, entitled Lady Day Rises Over Baltimore, is on the west side of S. Durham St., just south of the E Pratt St. intersection at 1813 E Pratt St. Bridget has a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from The Maryland Institute College of Art. She is a conservationist and decorative painter and has restored artworks in many buildings around Baltimore and the Washington, DC metro area.
