.Discussion/Possible Vote - Proposed additional text to the Financial and Disclosure Policy section: Financial Oversight Committee: To ensure the Association operates in a manner consistent with its charitable purposes and to verify that financial activities reflect reasonable payments that do not result in inurement or impermissible private benefit. Formation: The President shall appoint an annual Financial Oversight Committee consisting of the Vice President, Secretary, and the Parliamentarian. Duties: The Committee shall conduct an annual review of the Treasurer’s records, including bank transactions, receipts, and expenditures, to ensure accuracy for the Association. Reporting: The Committee shall present a summary of their findings to the members at a properly called Association meeting following the close of the fiscal year.

*Sarah Haddad, Parking Planner with the Parking Authority and Shamir Cole-Butler, Manager of the Residential Permit Parking (RPP) Program, will discuss how the RPP program works and answer any parking questions.
The Community meeting starts promptly at 7:00pm and runs from 1 to 1-1/2 hours depending on discussions. Join us!
Notes: To be eligible to vote or to run for office, you must have paid your membership dues (based on the calendar year beginning in January), be age 18+, live in our boundaries, and have attended at least 2 of the last preceding 11 meetings and/or attended Association sponsored events/activities. (Dues are applied to the year they are collected and are considered paid at collection for the remainder of the year and through the regular Association meeting in January of the following year.) Members eligible to vote who are not present at a properly called Association meeting may vote if their absentee vote is received by an officer before the meeting, specifies the decision or election in writing, and is signed by the absent voter (email is fine).
